RATES:



Php 2,000 nett per person (weekdays except holiday)
Php 2,500 net per adult (weekends and holidays)

Children 5 to 11 years old are charged 50% off from regular rates.

Parents can bring up to 2 children ages 4 years old and below, with waived entrance fee and sharing with adult meals.


INCLUSIONS:

Day Use starts at 8:00AM to 3:00PM

To make your day worthwhile, your day use will include of the following:

1. Inclusive of boat transfer from Bluewater Sumilon Mainland Port at Bangcogon, Oslob to Bluewater Sumilon Island and vice versa.

2. Lunch Meal

On weekdays, day use guests will enjoy the following:
• Consumable amount of P1,600 net per adult
• P800 net per child to food and drinks
• Guest may choose to upgrade for lunch buffet in the event the resort offers.

While on weekends, day use guests will enjoy a sumptuous lunch buffet with free-flowing drink juices at the Pulo Restaurant from 11:00AM - 1:00PM.

3. Complimentary use of resort facilities and activities:
• Use of Polo pool, private beach, and access to Sandbar
• Use of infinity pool from 8:30AM - 12:00NN
• Complimentary use of beach towel
• Complimentary use of mask and snorkel
• Breach Volleyball court
• Scheduled island group trekking

4. Limited use of logon activities upon availability:
• Catch-and-release fishing
• Water biking (chili bike boats)
• Kayaking
• Pedal boating

SNORKELING

Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a destination that pushes the boundaries of adventure while letting you escape into a place of quiet solitude. Book for a scuba diving lesson or a dive safari at our Aquamania Center and explore one of the first marine protected preserves in the Philippines located right at the island.

Guests can explore the islands shallow coral reefs or go on a sunset coastal tour in one of our native outrigger boats.

As part of our BlueCARES initiative, we advise all guests to bring their own mask and snorkel set for safety and hygiene purposes.


SCUBA DIVING ADVENTURE

Sumilon Island is designated as an official marine sanctuary. Its superb visibility, stunning reefs, and abundance of varied tropical marine species provide an ideal and memorable dive. A visit to the resort will be a perfect time to learn the basics of SCUBA from a PADI-certified Expert Instructor.


LAGOON KAYAKING AND FISHING

Explore the island’s calm lagoon and steer through the high mangroves! Test your skills and fish the lagoon waters using the simple but challenging line and hook.


WHALE AND DOLPHIN WATCHING

An early morning banca (pumpboat) ride will take you to Tañon Strait, famous for dolphins and migratory whale sightings. The pygmy killer whales are reported to pass through these waters. Spinner dolphins are the most common in the area.

Thereafter, take a lunch break at an idyllic seven-kilometer white sandbar in the middle of the sea and a leisurely snorkel around its clear waters.


The island offers a host of activities specifically designed so that our guests can soak in the beauty of the place.

TREKKING IN SUMILON


Go on a nature trek in one of the 3 nature trails that converges in an old watchtower so rich in history, explore nooks and crannies where you will come face to face with nature or even find a place designed after your own heart. After all, there is nothing quite like a Bluewater adventure. A map located in your room will help you navigate through the paths.

As part of our BlueCARES initiative, our trekking activity needs to be confirmed daily with our guest services staff, the schedule is depending on available guides and enforcement of social distancing.

Guests are advised to wear comfortable but durable footwear as part of the trail includes navigating inclines going uphill and downhill.


EVENING DINNER PARTIES

Evening Dinner Parties are held in a variety of locations every night. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM (Check the Activity Board daily)

Choose a perfect location and we can arrange to serve you meals to enhance the romance.

AFTERNOON TEA


Each afternoon, sweet concoctions are provided to tide you over in between meals.


LOUNGING AT THE PAYAG-PAYAG

On Sumilon Island, try the resort’s unique bamboo gazebo or “payag-payag” with spectacular views of the seas with varying aquamarine hues and nearby islands. It is central to two favorite activities: lounging around or snuggling with your sweetheart.

See all the facets of Sumilon Island from the sea. One can also appreciate crystal clear waters and white sand views. During the trip, one is encouraged to help feed the resident tropical fishes.

GROUP ACTIVITIES


We offer group or company team building activities that include mountain-climbing, paddle-boating, compass-reading and rappelling. This is an adventure that should not be missed.


The resort is surrounded by the opportunity to engage in a host of different exploits. The surrounding communities and areas is a place where one can soak on unique experiences and to truly appreciate the beauty of the islands.

WHALE SHARK WATCHING


The whale shark watching center is located in barangay Tan-awan situated at about 1.5 kilometers away from Bluewater Sumilon and 10 kilometers away from the town center of Oslob, Cebu. It started in September 2011 and became popular worldwide when news about the whale sharks hit the internet. Now, a huge number of tourists come to Oslob not only to swim with the whale sharks but also to visit the majestic sandbar of Bluewater Sumilon Island.


TUMALOG FALLS

One of the country’s natural wonders is the exceptional horseshoe waterfall of Tumalog. The well forested area where the falls are located is a perfect place to cool down after a long day of swimming with the whale sharks.


AGUINID FALLS

This five-tier waterfall is located in the neighboring town of Samboan. The top of the falls can only be reached by scaling the limestone paths of the lower levels thru rushing water and pristine forested areas. It is the perfect adventure that will surely leave its mark on every visitor.
